Analisis Postur Tubuh Menggunakan Metode RULA, REBA Pada Pekerja di Divisi Packaging

In the process of moving cement products from packaging department to several trucks, human power is required. Workers who transfer finished belt conveyors trucks take a long time lift heavy workpieces which can cause disturbances in limbs as result repetitive work. Therefore, an analysis needed that aims determine level safety work postures basis for improving posture workers. analyzing body posture, Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and Entire Body (REBA) methods are used. The results study found worker using RULA method was 7, this indicates job requires investigation changes SOP. Based on REBA score 6, it has moderate risk level, with action 2 further evaluation system needs be carried out. Changes made order minimize musculoskeletal complaints workers so will affect productivity.
